The Affordable Care Act is still in effect and can be very confusing. We are here to help you decide which plan is best for you and the ones you love. As of 1/1/2019 the mandate is no longer being enforced but that does not eliminate the need for coverage. There are two ways to purchase Individual plans. Through the Federal Facilitated Marketplace or direct to the individual carriers. If you qualify for the tax credit or cost sharing—see attached file—then you will want to proceed to the FFM. If your income puts you out side of those programs we can go directly to the carrier of your choice.
